HUNGRY & THIRSTY: HOW CLEAN WATER CAN HELP END HUNGER

The number of people who are hungry or at risk of famine has skyrocketed in the last two years. Yet we know that solving this crisis will take more than food. Join us to learn how access to clean, safe water is an essential step toward the promise of a future when we will hunger – and thirst – no more.

AFN HUNGER & HOUSING COMMITTEE

Join people from diverse religions working together to help around Hunger and Housing. This interfaith group convened by Arizona Faith Network meets online the third Thursday of each month. All are welcome!

LAMA LIAISON ROUNDTABLE

Monday, March 20 @ 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

The LAMA Liaison Roundtable meets the third Monday of the month at 6:30p via Zoom. These conversations offer an opportunity to discuss a wide range of topics about congregational engagement in advocacy.

WORLD WATER DAY

World Water Day is observed each year on March 22 to promote the responsible use of water and access to safe water for everyone. Water holds immense value. Every day, people use water in different ways including drinking, agriculture, industry, recreation, hygiene, sanitation, and health care.

GCS HUNGER LEADERS NETWORK

Tuesday, March 28 @ 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

This network of the Grand Canyon Synod gathers once a month to learn and to share with the group about hunger-related topics in our congregations. All are welcome.
