Lawmakers have a limited window to pass an extension to the Child Tax Credit (CTC), which lapsed at the end of 2021. Last year, the strengthened tax credit helped cut childhood poverty from 9.7 to 5.2

The Lutheran Advocacy Ministry Arizona Policy Council met Wednesday - Thursday, November 2-3 to listen and learn and discern what would be LAMA’s Policy Priorities for 2023.
Four congregations in the Ahwatukee Foothills area, including three GCS churches, sponsored a CROP Hunger Walk on Sunday, November 13, 2022. The Walk generated $11,000 in donations, and raised awarene
