Join people from diverse religions working together to help around Hunger and Housing. This interfaith group convened by Arizona Faith Network meets online the third Thursday of each month.

ELCA FARM BILL LISTENING SESSION

Friday, April 21 @ 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

The farm bill is legislation that is critical to addressing hunger in the United States and globally. It covers federal nutrition programs such as SNAP, WIC, environment, trade, foreign aid and rural development. ELCA Advocacy.

LAMA KICKOFF AT HOLY TRINITY LUTHERAN, CHANDLER

Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Chandler will host a Lutheran Advocacy Ministry Arizona (LAMA) kickoff event on Sunday, April 23, 2023. All are welcome!

Tuesday - Thursday, April 25 - 27

Ecumenical Advocacy Day (EAD) 2023. Day 1 will have workshops focused on skills-building and Days 2 & 3 will feature workshops organized by issue tracks, including Africa, Domestic, East Asia Pacific, Economic Justice, Environmental Justice, Latin America, Middle East, and Peace & Security.

GCS HUNGER LEADERS NETWORK

Tuesday, April 25 @ 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

This network of the Grand Canyon Synod gathers once a month to learn and to share with the group about hunger-related topics in our congregations. All are welcome.
