Are you or someone you know a pastor, clergy member, or ministry leader who wishes there was *something more* you could do to organize against Christian nationalism and the assault on democracy?
Join us for our first gathering in a new series designed especially to bring pastors and ministry leaders together to confront Christian nationalism!
Confronting Christian Nationalism — Faith-Rooted Organizing for Clergy
Thursday, October 30, 2025
1:00–2:30 p.m. ET / 12:00–1:30 p.m. CT
Online via Zoom
In this first session, we’ll focus on hearing from you and the unique challenges you face as clergy. We'll also explore how congregations can organize locally to confront the dangers of Christian nationalism while nurturing communities rooted in justice, dignity, and pluralism.
Together, we’ll:
Build relationships with other clergy who share a commitment to a vibrant democracy and public faith that seeks the good of all.
Explore how faith-rooted organizing is a powerful practice to resist Christian nationalism in your own community.
Share what you and your peers need to move your congregation towards collective witness.
We know how much courage and creativity this moment requires from clergy. These quarterly touchpoints are meant to offer space for connection, renewal, and collaboration — so that none of us has to do this work alone.
Register today to reserve your spot and share what would make this space most helpful for you and your ministry.
Together, we can help our faith communities live out a public witness that strengthens democracy and affirms the dignity of every person.
In solidarity,
The BJC & Christians Against Christian Nationalism Team
