The Earth Day Festival celebrates our collective fight for environmental justice by centering frontline communities and fostering action-oriented education, leadership, and solidarity. Rooted in our cultural traditions of learning, planning, and celebrating together, this event highlights the intersectionality of struggles led by BIPOC communities while creating space to build power, uplift voices, and take action.
The event is being organized in collaboration by Chispa Arizona, AZ AANHPI for Equity, Matriarch Ways, Poder Latinx, Vote Solar, Mi Familia En Acción, Climate Power and Sierra Club Grand Canyon Chapter; a huge collaborative effort!
