Creation care-centered sermon available in English and español

While Lutherans Restoring Creation has a treasure-trove of past online worship services and homily samples (see here), sometimes the message needs to speak to the unique time we are in right nowRev. Dr. Barbara Rossing will offer a sermon in recognition of Earth Day and relate to the lectionary readings for Sunday, April 27th.

If your church would like to offer the sermon as a part of your worship please register below to have the file link sent to you directly (as well as access to more resources – including a version for Spanish listeners!). The sermon will also screen via our YouTube channel on April 22 for anyone who wants to watch it on Earth Day and beyond.

This is a wonderful opportunity to have a superb guest preacher, consider the Kairos moment we are in, and offer respite for pastors who may simply need time to listen after the busy Lent season. We appreciate it if you would consider also making a gift to our ministry (perhaps what you budget for a supply preacher).

Congregations (+camps, colleges, etc.) sign up beforehand to get FREE access to the recording to welcome another voice (+ give a breather) for use the Sunday after the Holy Week.

Spanish version

A Spanish version (lovingly interpreted by a fellow eco-Pastor Reverends Astullio & Mazuera) is available as well for all to use.
