New report on Housing and Homelessness in Arizona

Communities around the state are struggling to meet housing needs. Average home prices have increased by over $160,000 since 2019. Homelessness reached an all-time high in 2024 and eviction filings are breaking records. This year, Arizona Town Hall will hold community town halls on how to solve these challenges.

Key to informed community discussions is the background report prepared by the Morrison Institute for Public Policy.
