Join Lutheran advocates and friends at Spirit in the Desert Retreat Center in Carefree, Arizona for the second annual LAMA Summit on Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 1:30 - 4:00 pm to learn and to share, as we voice our common needs in the public square, activating our faith in love.

Hear from Rev. Amy Reumann, Director of Advocacy for the ELCA, meet congregational LAMA liaisons, meet your LAMA policy council, and meet other Lutherans across Arizona who share a common belief that we are called through our baptismal covenant “…to strive for justice and peace in all the earth.”

Keynote speaker is Rev. Amy Reumann, Director of Advocacy in the Service and Justice Unit of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Reumann leads domestic, international, environmental, and corporate social responsibility portfolios in Washington D.C, New York, and 15 state capitols. Reumann formerly served as director of the Lutheran Advocacy Ministry in Pennsylvania, director for Urban Coalition ministry in the Greater Milwaukee Synod, and as parish pastor. She serves on the Center for Responsible Lending’s Faith & Credit steering committee, and that of the Circle of Protection.
