NYT Columnist Nicholas Kristof to Keynote 18th Annual Gala to End Hunger
Nicolas Kristof, a New York Times opinion columnist and two-time Pulitzer Prize winner, will be keynote speaker at Steadfast in Hope, Ending Hunger Together – A Virtual Gala to End Hunger on Oct. 28. Kristof has used his platform to shine a spotlight on the devasting malnutrition in Yemen and around the world. His travels have allowed him to witness first-hand the cost of human hunger.
This year’s virtual gala, hosted by Bread for the World and the Alliance to End Hunger, will benefit the efforts of both organizations, as well as Bread for the World Institute.
The evening will showcase the efforts of the organizations to work with grassroots leaders, elected officials, and public and private institutions to share our steadfast hope that an end to hunger is possible in the United States and around the world.
