The Palestinian people are crying out once again. They are calling the ELCA to recognize the dissolution of prospects for peace with justice for Israelis and Palestinians – Jews, Christians and Muslims.

Then I spent I my three days in the belly of the whale. To be more precise the month of October 2019 broke me. It excised whatever small trace of “If you’re not doing anything wrong, you’ve got nothing to fear from the police” remaining in my spirit.
