Hunger advocates from across the country gathered in Washington, D.C. on June 10-11 for the 2025 Bread for the World Advocacy Summit. LAMA director Solveig Muus joined colleagues for the two days of worship, training, strategy, fellowship and advocacy on Capitol Hill. And signtseeing.

Hunger leaders from offices & congregations all over the synod gather together to discuss each other’s projects, collaborate, and lend each other support. We hear from synod and churchwide offices working on hunger solutions and find out what we can do to help. All are invited to join!
Service Opportunity in Tucson (June 29) and Tempe (July 20). Join others in packing Bags of Hope—life-saving kits of water, snacks, and essentials to be distributed to vulnerable neighbors.
