Vote today!

The Arizona primary is here! We encourage you to participate in the process of democracy by voting in this primary if you are able to vote. The state of Arizona requires voter registration at least 29 days prior to the election, and that time has now passed. To check if you are registered or to get registered, here's the website: Voter Registration in Arizona | Vote.gov.

If you are registered, please make your way to a polling place TODAY, Tuesday, August 2 or fill out your mail-in ballot. Mail-in ballots needed to be in the mail by July 26, so if you still have yours, bring it to a polling place. To sign up for the Arizona Early Voting List (AEVL), go to Voting by Mail: How to Get a Ballot-by-Mail.

To find a polling place in Arizona, go here: Where to Vote.

If you ever affirmed your baptismal promises in the rite of Confirmation, you promised to God and your Christian community that you would strive for justice and peace in all the earth. One way to do that is to vote! Choosing our leaders leads to structural change, so we want to choose thoughtfully. We invite you to pray before you vote that your choices ~ and our collective choices ~ might manifest justice and peace in all the earth.

Blessings on your discernment at the polls!
